Ivana is Technical Director at Deloitte, a public speaker, author and media commentator. In her day job, Ivana helps businesses with their privacy by design programmes especially in relation to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology.
Ivana was awarded ‘Woman of the Year’ (2019) in the Cyber Security Awards in recognition of her growing reputation as an advocate of equality, privacy and ethics at the heart of tech and AI.
She is a sought after commentator for the BBC, Sky and other major broadcasters and news outlets (Guardian, Telegraph) on headline stories where the tech economy intersects with privacy and data law and politics.
In May 2018, Ivana launched the Women Leading in AI network, an international lobby group of women advocating for responsible AI. The network’s 2018 report garnered mass interest from tech leaders, international institutions and the media.
Ivana is Co-editor of the Fintech Circle’s AI Book on how AI is reshaping financial services. Her first book will be released in May by Indigo Press, and is ready to pre-order here.

Paul Timmers
Visiting Fellow, Oxford University; Former Director, Sustainable & Secure Society Directorate, Content and Technologies Directorate General (DG CONNECT), European Commission
Paul Timmers is a visiting fellow at the University of Oxford. His recent research is on cybersecurity, strategic autonomy and sovereignty. He is also visiting professor at Rijeka University, Senior Advisor to the European Policy Center, Chief Adviser to the European Institute of Technology/Health, and Supervisory Board member of the eGovernance Academy in Estonia.
He is a former Director at the European Commission for Digital Society, Trust & Cybersecurity, responsible for policy, legislation and innovation in cybersecurity, digital privacy, digital health and ageing, e-government, and smart cities/mobility/energy. He was member of the Cabinet of European Commissioner Liikanen.
He held various academic positions. He was manager in a large ICT company and co-founder of an ICT start-up, holds a PhD in physics from Nijmegen University in the Netherlands, an MBA from Warwick University in the UK, was awarded an EU fellowship at UNC Chapel Hill and completed executive cybersecurity education at Harvard.

Dr. Geers is an Atlantic Council Senior Fellow, a NATO Cyber Centre Ambassador, and a Digital Society Institute-Berlin Affiliate. Kenneth served 20 years in the U.S. Government, in the Army, National Security Agency (NSA), Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), and at NATO CCD COE in Estonia. In the private sector, he was Senior Global Threat Analyst at FireEye and Senior Research Scientist at Comodo Cybersecurity. In academia, he was Visiting Professor in the Faculty of Law at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in Ukraine. His publications include: Strategic Cyber Security (Author), Cyber War in Perspective (Editor), The Virtual Battlefield (Editor), and Tallinn Manual on the International Law Applicable to Cyber Warfare (Technical Expert).

Marielle Hagblad is all about mobile security. Formerly from the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) area, she has been active in the mobile security industry since 2011, and are now focused on protecting the data and personal information that we all carry with us on our mobile devices. With her wide knowledge and experience in iOS and Android security and threats on mobile, she is a proven mobile security expert currently working at Lookout, a Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) solution. She is a passionate speaker about protecting mobile OS’s and apps, an area which she has been following for years and now are seeing hackers revamping their attacks and cybercriminals focusing more on. Marielle is also part of Swedish IDG’s Expert Network, where she authors specialist articles on mobile security and digitalization.

Mike has almost 30 years of experience in the field of technology risk, cyber and physical security. Mike has delivered significant transformation programs within end user environments as well as developing cyber risk mitigation strategies and appropriate organizational designs. Before to joining EY Mike was based in the Middle East leading Risk Assurance Services across the region for another Big4 firm.
Prior to working in the Middle East Mike was based in London, with responsibility for all assurance and advisory services relating to Cyber Security, Business Resilience, Testing and Privacy in the UK and EMEA. He has regularly contributed to broadsheets as well as radio and television and industry publications. In addition Mike has spoken at conferences globally on the topic of Cyber security and provided briefings at the highest level of Government on security and intelligence issues. Before moving into management consultancy Mike held a number of senior risk roles in end user environments.
