Nataliya Tkachuk is the Head of the Information and Cyber Security Directorate at the Office of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. She also holds the position of the Secretary of Ukraine's National Coordination Center for Cyber Security. Ms. Tkachuk has 20 years of practical experience in the sector of national security and defense of Ukraine. She is responsible for providing coordination and control over activities of main state actors on information and cyber security. Nataliya Tkachuk has PhD in law in the field of national security.

Ben is an internationally recognised motivational and keynote speaker. He is worldwide recognise for his skills in cyber security, covert operations, and leadership. He has over 24 years of intelligence experience. They are also global leaders in online investigations training.
He has served in the military as a sniper, government level intelligence for a decade, and has vast experience in the private industry. Becky is a renowned practitioner and commentator on the information security sector who has been working in information technology and security since 1996. A security transformation expert, Becky’s background and experience to date has provided her with broad information security expertise, coupled with global team management and in-depth, technical capabilities around cyber security operations. Becky is an active advocate for promoting diversity and inclusion in business and was a co-founder of the ‘We Empower Diversity in Start-ups’ (WEDS) group. She has been a CyLon mentor since 2017, providing cyber security, operations, and client success guidance to entrepreneurs. David Jacoby is one of Sweden's most boldest hackers and IT security experts. He has over 25 years of experience in professional hacking and has won several awards both as a speaker and for his unique research and dedicated work to stop digital crime. In addition to his own research, he was one of the main hackers in HACKAD_ a Swedish TV show named "HACKAD_" where David and three colleagues have hacked Swedish companies live on the TV screen to show the complexity and necessity in issues such as IT security. He is also the technical advisor for several books such as the Millennium books by David Lagercrantz and many more. Today he is the founder and CEO of Sprinkler Security Sweden.

Dr. Anton Chuvakin is a Senior Staff Security Consultant in Google Cloud’s Office of the CISO. Anton arrived at Google via the acquisition of Chronicle in July 2019, where he was the Head of Solution Strategy. He is also a co-host of the Cloud Security Podcast. Prior to this, Anton was a Research VP and Distinguished Analyst at Gartner for Technical Professionals (GTP) Security and Risk Management Strategies (SRMS) team. At Gartner, he covered a broad range of security operations and detection and response topics, and is credited with inventing the term "EDR." He is a recognized security expert in the field of SIEM, log management, and PCI DSS compliance. He is an author of books "Security Warrior," "PCI Compliance," and "Logging and Log Management" and a contributor to "Know Your Enemy II," "Information Security Management Handbook," and others. Anton has published dozens of papers on log management, SIEM, correlation, security data analysis, PCI DSS, honeypots, etc. His blog securitywarrior.org was one of the most popular in the industry.

He has lectured at the universities of Stanford, Oxford and Cambridge. He was selected among the 50 most important people on the web by the PC World magazine and was included in the FP Global 100 Thinkers list.
