David Jacoby is one of Sweden's most boldest hackers and IT security experts. He has over 25 years of experience in professional hacking and has won several awards both as a speaker and for his unique research and dedicated work to stop digital crime. In addition to his own research, he was one of the main hackers in HACKAD_ a Swedish TV show named "HACKAD_" where David and three colleagues have hacked Swedish companies live on the TV screen to show the complexity and necessity in issues such as IT security.
Apostolos Malatras

Dr Apostolos Malatras is the Team Leader for Knowledge and Information Team at the EU Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) where he is in charge of emerging technologies cybersecurity, threat landscapes and foresight. Apostolos has been a Cybersecurity Expert at ENISA responsible for many projects, including Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0 and Smart Mobility. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, academia, and the European Commission, Apostolos has a broad experience in managing and securing network infrastructures and connected and intelligent devices. He is the author and co-author of more than 60 research papers and scientific reports and regularly gives presentations on various international fora.


Dr. Mart Noorma
Director of CCDCOE | The NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (EE)
Prior to joining CCDCOE, Mart Noorma has led innovation and digital transformation at several organizations. He has served as the Science and Development Director of Milrem Robotics and the Vice Rector of Academic Affairs, the Head of Space Technology Department, and the Professor of Space and Defence Technology at the University of Tartu. Mart Noorma has also worked at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the Helsinki University of Technology, where he obtained the degree of the Doctor of Science in Technology in 2005.
Mart Noorma has been actively engaged in NATO, EU, and international cooperation on innovation and novel technology development. He has been a member of the NATO Advisory Group on Emerging and Disruptive Technologies, the NATO STO Applied Vehicle Technology Panel, the EEAS Space Advisory Board, and the IEEE Autonomous Weapon Systems Expert Advisory Committee.

Luigi Rebuffi is the Secretary General and founder of ECSO (European Cyber Security Organisation) and founder and Secretary General of the Women4Cyber Foundation. Graduated in Nuclear Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he initially worked in Germany on the high power microwave systems for ITER thermonuclear fusion reactor. Then, at Thales, took increasing responsibilities on European R&D in different sectors: telecom, industrial, medical, scientific, becoming in 2003 Director for European Affairs. He created EOS (European Organisation for Security) in 2007 and has been for 10 years its CEO. From 2012 to 2016 he has been an advisor to the European Commission for the EU Security Research Programme and President of the Steering Board of the French ANR for security research. In 2016 he founded ECSO and signed with the European Commission the PPP on cybersecurity. In 2019 he created Women4Cyber to promote the inclusion of women in cybersecurity. In 2020 he was nominated in the list of “IFSEC Global Influencers in security - Executives”.
